1. How do I order a branding iron?
    If you have found the correct branding iron size, you can upload a logo or design at checkout. The logo or design will be checked within one working day and you will receive the proof and invoice from us.
  2. How do I pay for my order?
    As soon as you have received the invoice you can pay by means of a direct bank transfer. As soon as the payment has been made, the production of the branding iron starts.
  3. What file types can I upload?
    The following file types are supported: jpg, jpeg, ai, svg, pdf and png
  4. What are the shipping costs?
    We use a standard rate of € 4.95 within the Netherlands and £11.50 for the United Kingdom.
  5. What if my order is urgent?
    An urgent delivery is possible, please contact us for the possibilities.
  6. What is the average delivery time?
    The average delivery time is 5 to 10 working days.
  7. Can I return an order?
    The custom-made products cannot be returned. The non-customized products can be returned, provided there are no signs of wear / damage. Please contact us by email here.
  8. On which materials can I use the branding irons?
    Traditionally, branding irons are used on wood and leather. However, they are also suitable for: paper, cardboard and some plastics.
  9. Why are you so cheap?
    We are a small company with only two employees. As a result, we do not have high personnel costs, office costs and marketing costs. We therefore do not have to include these factors in the sales price.
